Sales Specialist with V-Label International

Our international team seeks a dynamic and experienced Sales Specialist to join the Partner Development team in early 2025. This remote role will focus on supporting and empowering our partners to enhance their sales efforts, with a specific emphasis on engaging with larger brands and retailers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales strategy development: Further develop V-Label’s sales strategy and define procedures for approaching and negotiating with major brands and retailers.
  • Partner performance management: Help partners set sales outreach objectives, and monitor and evaluate their performance. Develop tailored interventions for partners in need of support, including 1:1 calls to assess knowledge and skills and provide necessary education.
  • Educational support: Create and update educational content such as the V-Label sales manual. Develop and deliver workshops, courses, and knowledge cafés on key sales techniques, including outreach, negotiation, planning, and goal setting.
  • Lead prospecting and outreach: Assist partners in lead prospecting, obtaining contact data, and planning outreach efforts to secure meaningful connections.
  • Negotiation support: Provide 1:1 support for partners in engaging and negotiating with retailers and large brands.
  • Trade fair preparation: Guide partners in preparing for trade fairs, enhancing face-to-face interactions with brands, and maximizing ROI.

What we are looking for:

  • Experience of a minimum of 5 years in sales, with a strong background in B2B sales, particularly targeting retailers.
  • Familiarity with the vegan food industry and major brands.
  • Proficiency in HubSpot or similar CRM tools.
  • Strong analytical skills to understand and interpret sales metrics.
  • High-level proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • A self-starter with excellent organizational skills.
  • Adaptability to work with a freelance contract (ability to invoice to Switzerland).
